Delivery Information

At Nemesis Now Christmas we try to make our wholesale shipping and delivery process as simple and as clear as possible.

All UK customers get free shipping to a UK delivery address on all orders over £250 (ex VAT).


Customers outside the UK benefit from our simple shipping price structure. Simply look up your country from the shipping table below to find out the shipping cost for your county. All orders are confirmed at checkout with shipping costs included so you can confirm your payment and leave the rest to us.


If you prefer to collect your order you are welcome to do so. Simply select “Collection” shipping option at checkout.


If you have specific delivery date or day requirements please let us know at checkout so we can schedule the order to be delivered on the required date. We aim to despatch orders the next working day after your order and payment are received. This can be affected by busy sales periods and events so please always let us know if your order is urgent and we will aim to meet your requirements.

Our shipping prices are as follows:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City
€50 delivery charge for orders under €500. All orders over €500 will be charged 10% of your total order value.


ZONE B
Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland
€75 delivery charge for orders under €500. All orders over €500 will be charged 15%


ZONE C
Rest of the World
Calculated after checkout. We will get the best quote from our carefully selected couriers and inform you of the cost and arrange payment prior to despatch

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

UK Customers usually receive their order within 2-4 days orders outside of the UK will take longer depending on location.

Will I need to pay for delivery?

UK customers first order is subject to a £250 minimum order value (exc. VAT). For any customer who is placing their first order from outside of the UK we have a minimum order of €500. After your first order you can order any value you want but delivery charges will apply.

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be packed into boxes or pallets depending on the size of your order and delivery requirements.

Can I track my order?

The delivery details are provided once the order has been despatched. If the order has not been delivered when expected, you can visit your accounts page to see your order tracking information or contact our sales team who will be able to contact the courier for you.
