Our grotto doors are open exclusively to trade customers.

COVID Secure Showroom

Our Showroom is now open to our trade customers by appointment only.

To book an appointment you will need to call us on 01782 596660 or email [email protected] to make an appointment with our Sales team. This is to ensure that we can control the number of staff and visitors to the showroom in order to maintain social distancing.

If you start to feel unwell before your appointment date then please contact us to reschedule your visit.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Sales Representative who will be in Full PPE (wearing a face covering and gloves). You will be asked to answer a few questions as apart of our new risk assessment before the Representative will then take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer.

Once this is done you are free to take in all of our products in their full glory. If you wish to feel or handle any products you will need to wear gloves. These will be provided by your Sales Representative.

If you would like to place an order then that is fine. You can place your order with your Sales Representative as usual and then wait in our showroom while your order is being picked and packed. We ask that you use card to make payment (where possible) but do have the facilities to accept cash payments safely if necessary.

When your order is ready you will be asked to drive to our warehouse entrance. You will need to reverse your vehicle to the shutter door and relax in your car while our Warehouse Operatives load your vehicle.
